If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department immediately. Do not use this website, the contact form, the chat assistant, email or a phone message to report an emergency. Nothing on this site is monitored around the clock, and a message sent here may not be read for hours or days.
Call 911 for anything life-threatening, including chest pain, stroke symptoms such as face drooping or sudden weakness or difficulty speaking, severe or uncontrolled bleeding, difficulty breathing, severe injury, loss of consciousness, or thoughts of harming yourself or someone else.
ER Care of Central Florida is a walk-in clinic providing urgent and primary care. It is not a hospital emergency department and it is not open 24 hours. Our hours are listed on the main page.

No provider and patient relationship
Reading this website, submitting the contact form, or using the chat assistant does not create a provider and patient relationship between you and ER Care of Central Florida or any of its clinicians. That relationship begins only when you are seen and accepted as a patient at the clinic.
About the chat assistant on this site
The assistant in the corner of the main page is not a person and is not a doctor. It matches what you type against a fixed list of information already published on this website, such as our hours, our services and our insurance list. It cannot access your records, it cannot assess symptoms, and it cannot give medical advice. It does not store your conversation.
Prices and availability
Any prices shown on this website are current at the time of publication and may change. They are not a quote or an offer. What you pay depends on your insurance, your plan's deductible and coinsurance, and the care you actually receive. Cost figures used to compare care settings are published national averages from the third-party source cited beside them, and they are not our prices. For a price for your own situation, call us before your visit.
3. Privacy notice
This notice covers this website. It is separate from the notice of privacy practices you receive as a patient of the clinic, which governs your medical records.
What this website collects
This website has no user accounts, no logins, no analytics or advertising trackers, and no cookies set by us. We do not build a profile of you and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
The only information you actively give us through this site is what you type into the contact form: your name, your phone number, your email address and your message.
Third parties that receive data when you load a page
Some parts of this site are served by other companies. When your browser loads them, those companies receive your IP address and standard browser information, and they apply their own privacy policies, not ours:
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on these pages.
- Google Maps provides the embedded map on the main page. Google may set its own cookies inside that map.
- IF THE FORM IS WIRED TO A SERVICE, NAME IT HERE receives your contact form submission and passes it to our inbox.
Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Google only send data to those companies if you click them.
How long we keep contact form messages
Messages sent through the contact form arrive in the clinic's email inbox and are kept for STATE YOUR RETENTION PERIOD. If a message leads to you becoming a patient, information from it may be added to your medical record and is then governed by the notice of privacy practices instead of this notice.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from a child through it. We do treat children at the clinic; a parent or guardian handles that in person.
Your choices
You can use this website without submitting anything. To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, contact our Privacy Officer at ADD PRIVACY OFFICER NAME, EMAIL AND PHONE.
Florida residents and residents of other states may have additional rights under state law. Where those rights apply, we honor them.
4. How we handle health information
Please do not send medical details, symptoms, test results, photographs of an injury, or your insurance or Social Security numbers through the contact form, by ordinary email, or through the chat assistant. Ordinary email is not a secure channel. Anything you send that way can be read in transit, and we cannot protect it.
Use the contact form for practical questions only, such as opening hours, whether we accept a plan, or arranging a time to come in. To discuss anything clinical, call the clinic at (407) 704-8005 or raise it at your visit.
Health information you give us as a patient of the clinic is protected health information under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and is handled under the clinic's Notice of Privacy Practices, which you receive when you register as a patient and can request from the front desk at any time.
If you choose to send health details through this website anyway, you are choosing an unsecured channel, and you accept the risk that it is not private.

You may use this website to learn about our services and to contact us. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.

The name, logo, text, photographs and design of this website belong to ER Care of Central Florida or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission.

To the fullest extent the law allows, ER Care of Central Florida is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for the care we actually provide to patients.

6. Accessibility statement
We want this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, need larger text, or prefer reduced motion.
What we have done
- The site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
- Every part of the site can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, and the focus outline is always visible.
- There is a skip link to the main content, proper landmarks and a real heading order.
- Text and interface colors were checked against WCAG contrast minimums.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Animation is reduced automatically when your device asks for reduced motion, and the moving condition ticker can be paused.
- Tap targets are sized for fingers, and the page works when zoomed or with text enlarged.
Known limitations
The embedded Google map is provided by Google and we do not control its accessibility. The clinic address is written out in text beside it, and you can call us for directions.
